Hi, I would like to know how to configure the cfg script, to configure the media proxy so
that it can nat the calls between users that don't have public IP, but not when they
have public IP.

Go to www.iptel.org and get a GettingStarted (PDF) document along with
the configuration files tar ball. Everything is there.
