You get what you pay for. Since you paid nothing, everything you get is a present. So if someone answers you, be thankful. But noone is required to answer your support requests !
What do you mean "you paid nothing" ? I've never though people have to answer but when you can help why not doing it !
What I've seen on the list is that most of your support requests where answered. So I find it quite rude and impolite of you to complain if you don't get an immediate answer or one that solves all your problems !
An immediate answer !
What's a none "immediate answer" the next year may be ! I do hope you're still kidding I posted many mails without replies. I'm tired of the kind of people like you who waste its time to advice . You're not the moderator so if you can help don't pollute the list

Hi Harry,
Sorry for saying this, but, something I think you post the question once to many times..
like this email:
32559 X 051118 harry gaillac ( 58) [Serusers] Contact field in SIP HF between asterisk + ser 32561 X 051118 harry gaillac ( 54) [Serusers] Contact field in SIP HF between asterisk + ser 32624 X 051119 harry gaillac ( 61) [Serusers] Contact field in SIP HF between asterisk + ser 32683 X 051121 harry gaillac (147) [Serusers] Contact field in SIP HF between asterisk + ser 32692 X 051121 harry gaillac (233) [Serusers] Contact field in SIP HF between asterisk + ser 32707 X 051121 harry gaillac (233) [Serusers] Contact field in SIP HF between asterisk + ser
I can count 6 emails saying the same, and as the others said, sometimes it's bether to reformulate the email, then resending it 6 times.. If people dont understand what you mean, they wont answer you.. For me, I get really pissed when I see a email getting put into my mailbox as new every second day.. I'm not a moderator or anything, but pleace do not send the same email 6 times, and, if you do, pleace add more info, I guess you try to debug your problem while waiting for a answer from the mailing list.
And one more thing, nobody is paied to answer emails, so if they dont bother, they dont.. People answer you if they see this is something that hasn't been on the emailinglist 150 times before, and they do know the answer..
ONce more, sorry for being a BITCH, but, sometimes I just have too..

Tell me what you don't understand in my problem. I'VE NEVER WAIT FOR AN ANSWER WITHOUT TRYING TO DEBUG OR UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM

Ok I often hear "nobody is paied to answer emails" so close the mailing list or redirect it to a consulting service
Nodody here have to pay it's an open source project

Hi Harry,
Fom looking through your past emails, I think the problem may just be that you are using ser in a different way than many of us, and we simply don't have experience with what you are trying to do. Also, your emails are often confusing. It's difficult to determine exactly what you are trying to accomplish.
I always enjoy helping others out if I know the answer. I think most everyone here feels the same. Try to make your questions clear, and give a little info about the big picture that your trying to accomplish, and I think you'll have better luck.

I just checked your last mails to this list and found that about a half of them just has no content (today, 10:32, 21st Nov 18:49 ...) - at least in my mail client.
And I can just agree with Atle: Nobody is ignoring your mails on purpose. Some people may have answers to your questions, but maybe they are too busy to reply or simply don't feel like it at the very moment they read it. Nobody is paid to do so and you cannot demand good will.
I also have an unanswered question and of course a bunch of "Sorry, No clue" mails would help me in a way that I know I don't need to hope for a hint any longer, but I just have to accept when there are no replies.
I'm tired of the kind of people like you who waste its time to advice . You're not the moderator so if you can help don't pollute the list
And do you think that this kind of reaction will help you get more replies in the future? Shutting up someone who is reacting to your open letter isn't the most clever thing to do ;-)
Regards, Stefan
