The msilo has changed from 0.8.14. In order to have multidomain support
compatible with other ser modules (subscriber, acc, ...) the columns has
been split into username and domain. The r_uri column is still kept for
backward compatibilities (scheduled to be removed), but it is not filled
by newer ser anymore.
