Finally succeeded ! I changed the domain to test-domain.com. user to 3229 and then I entered ser Ip address as manual host.
Now I can get registered. Second step is to succeed in presence subscription. My client has the following parameter: subscribe to contact list : $username$-list@$domain$ mailto:$username$-list@$domain$ That sends a SUBSCRIBE message to 3229-list@test-domain.com mailto:3229-list@test-domain.com
I didn't define any list on SER; should I ? (how ?)
And I get the following error message:
Mar 17 15:45:13 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[26109]: it is simple subscription! Mar 17 15:45:25 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[26109]: ERROR: resource_list.c:751: XCAP problems for uri 'http://vpres/xcap/resource-lists/users/3229/resource-list.xml' Mar 17 15:45:25 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[26109]: ERROR: rls_handler.c:527: XCAP query problems Mar 17 15:45:25 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[26109]: ERROR: resource_list.c:624: XCAP problems for uri 'http://vpres/xcap/rls-services/global/index' Mar 17 15:45:25 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[26109]: ERROR: rls_handler.c:491: XCAP query problems Mar 17 15:45:25 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[26109]: XCAP query failed
What must I do ?
thanks, ilker

Hi,
Thanks. I see now in the log:
Mar 17 15:18:30 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[25947]: Unknown domain - message should be forwarded? Mar 17 15:18:30 asterisk1 /root/ser/sbin/ser[25946]: to: sip:3229%40test-domain.com@10.100.100.15 from: sip:3229%40test-domain.com@10.100.100.15
I guess I shouldn't add @test-domain.com to the user on client. It adds the server IP as domain already ?
So, maybe I should add "test-domain.com" to my hosts file (on client) ?

You can use xlog - something like: xlog("L_ERR", "to: %tu from: %fu\n");
And you can catch messages using ngrep or ethereal...

Great.
Now try to read presence handbook - there you can read about resource lists.
ftp://ftp.iptel.org/pub/ser/presence/presence_book.xhtml
This is old version (old module functions, old parameters), it will be actualized in few days.
