if ACK message after INVITE message (UAC caller ) can not send to
UAC callee. can i do something on openser to complete this 3 way
handshaking.

openser cannot send the ACK in behalf of caller. You should ask the
vendor of caller's device to fix it. It is the best, otherwise you may
get lot of other troubles.
