Hi,
I try to build a presence infrastructure based on OpenSER. Do you know
any free RLS and XCAP Clients I can use for this purpose?

IMO this is on topic - we also need to know which clients we can use
with openser's presence capabilities :-)
regarding your questions - I know x-lite supports IM and presence, but I
have no glue about XCAP and RLS.
