Adrian and Dan described the main differences from nathelper module when
they announced mediaproxy, you can find the email in the archives of the
mailing list. You can also find some information on their webpage. What
additional comparison do you want ?
If it is not enough then try both of them, write some comparison and
send it to the list.
Regarding the directions of the projects, it would be better to have
just one module for NAT traversal, but we were unable to resolve some
conflicts between the two modules so we decided to include both of them
and give users the possibility to choose. Both modules do approximately
the same, mediaproxy is simpler to setup, nathelper gives you more
flexibility but is more complicated to setup.

question, in every case nobody answered.
It seems that due to the copyright discussion between nathelper and
mediaproxy, many listers are afraid of beginning a flame war by comparing
the two.

Hi,
I'm trying to design a virtual sip client for some research that I am
doing, and I am using ser as my sip server. One thing I have noticed is
that when I use something like sipsak to simulate sip messages to the
server, the binding of a user expires rather quickly (a few
seconds...). I get this message:
Binding user,'sip:user@mysipdomain.com:32791' has expired.
Does the sip client need to constantly alert the server that he is still
connected? And if so, what is the client/server structure of these pings?

Hi all,
I have one query and I just want it to be clarified.
whenever, I try to open user_interface/index or my_account.php page.It
seems to be lost somewhere.Neighter showing any error nor going anywhere.
Is it try to communicate with ser which is not running on my system.Is
it only becouse serweb couldn't communicate with ser.
Although all the pages of admin module and apart from index and
my_account pages of user_interface are opening.
PLease help me in getting the answer.
