Hi,
How would I know what are the missing credentials and how do I define it?

This means that the INVITE was rejected because of
missing credentials.
If you want to authenticate INVITE requests, there is typically
always a 401:
client proxy
----INVITE---->
<---401--------
----ACK------->
--INVITE with credentials-->
<------100 trying ----------
...
...
