Pavel,
what is really strange about you system is that serctl reports as aor:
aor : 'dani(a)mydomain.org'
This looks like use_domain option enabled, but I cannot find any of this
option in your config script?!?!;
normally, the aor contains only user name.

Greetings !
This is the 3rd day that I am working on the SER.So any kind of your
advice would be helpful.
Both of 'ser' and 'mysql' servers are running!.
I have some users at the ser database.
I want to send some messeges between SIP clients or users via my
SER(localhost)..(PC to PC). May be this is the firts step to test SER
server on clients.
Do you suggest any resours for this or any example/tutorial ?.
My SER is: 0.8.12 and I run it on the Fedora I.
Thank you.
Dear all;
I am receiving this error every time I start PHP
Warning: mysql_pconnect() [function.mysql-pconnect]: Access denied for
user: 'ser@intranet' (Using password: YES) in
/export/home/serweb/serweb_2004-01-04/phplib/db_mysql.inc on line 73
Database error: pconnect(192.168.251.200, ser, $Password) failed.
MySQL Error: ()
Session halted.
Have anyone experienced this this before.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Regards
One good practice is to start all PSTN numbers with one zero. This way
you always now.

Hello, all. I'm trying to figure out how I can get ser to tell the
difference between destinations for subscribed numbers that just aren't
currently registered and non-local destinations that should be routed
out to my PSTN gateway.
In this thread:
http://lists.iptel.org/pipermail/serusers/2004-July/009722.html
someone suggested turning off "use_domain" in the uri module so that
does_uri_exist() would work for more circumstances. I'm running 0.8.14,
where the uri module has does_uri_exist() but doesn't have "use_domain".
The current CVS unstable seems to have neither, so the solution posted
in that thread no longer seems to apply. So... how should one tell ser
when to route voicemail?
Thanks for any insight you can provide.
Best regards.
Hi Pavel ,
Thanks for your Help,
I just followed the instruction at the attached file to setup "ser" . To
configure "ser" with "mysql" I did some changes on the "ser.cfg" file.
I hope the attached file would help you.
Sanjiv,
ser_monitoring tables are used by the monitoring application.
It is part of serweb.
You configure it by run a php page from cron.
please see serweb documentation for more info.
regards,
Arne.

Hi all,
My server_monitoring and server_monitoring_agg tables are blank.
Do, I need to make any setting in ser.cfg file or require something special.
Thanks,
sanjiv

Pavel, forgive my ignorance in regards to nscd. I do have nscd installed as
it seams to be part of my standard Linux installation. However, there is no
/var/run/.nscd_socket file in my system. Is there a special thing I need to
do?

I'm studying ENUM right now with SER and Asterisk. If I have Asterisk
running with Digium PRI cards for incoming and outgoing PSTN calls and SER
with SIP calls do I need ENUM running on both SER and Asterisk? I believe
the answer is yes but would like confirmation that this is the proper way to
configure such.
Also, is anyone using SER and Asterisk in combination with a CLEC
operation?
